Please provide Business Case (in paragraph format) to AUHPI@ingrammicro.com.
- Company Background
- Histroical of HP One Business (if applicable)
- Future estimated projections with targets customers.
- Details of overall target customers ie: verticals, seat size, territories served.
- Past brand IT experience.
- Solutions capabilities.
Receive required documents for applying to become a HP One T2 partner.
Submit the required documents.
Your documents will be reviewed by Ingram Micro HP One team, and forwarded to HP One for approval. This will approximately take 8-12 weeks.

FAQ

Q: Am I eligible to apply?

A: HP One will review the application based on market focus and strategy around HP One. If HP One is part of your key offerings for sizeable deals, HP One will review favourable to become HP One T2 Partner. However, the below cases are not eligible for T2 contract.

If you are Sole Traders, NFP, End User, or one-off opportunities
If each of special bid request is less than $20k threshold.

Q: What is the minimum threshold for special pricing?

A: HP One PC Bid can be raised for over $20K threshold. However, Deal Registration is required if PC deals are greater than or equal to AUD$250,000, or MPS deals are greater than or equal to AUD$100,000.

Q: Can we negotiate terms on the Tier 2 agreement?

A: Short answer is No. HP One typically does not change the terms of its Tier 2 agreement. The only person authorised to negotiate changes would be legal counsel or WW legal.

Q: Can a partner physically sign the agreement on paper?

A: All screening and contract signing is electronic in HP One.

Q: What if the legal signatory contact changes within the partner?

A: It is the partner responsibility to maintain all contracts as specified in their contract.
